This the only location where you can buy a paperback copy of Mafia Hairdresser until I get a regular publishing deal.First, there was a story. I lived it and then I wrote a screenplay about what it was like to be a hairdresser for a mob couple. I learned how to write by writing screenplays and I sold one. Everyone who read the Mafia Hairdresser screenplay said they loved it but that it should also be a book and to sell the book before the screenplay; they said I would make more money. So, I wrote the book. The publishers and book agents that liked Mafia Hairdresser requested that I write another book. (No publisher likes a one-hit-wonder.) As I toyed with writing a second novel, I got a little distracted and became a professional party boy and moved to Canada--which begot another story and became my second novel. By the time I went back to the agents, only reality show stars and tabloid-dirt biographies of real celebrities were being published. What does a writer have to do to get his book in print? Keep writing and self-publish and stop listening to everyone else!
Note to agents, publishers, and Hollywood: Call me.
